By submitting a project request or engaging ORVIX for production services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ORVIX creates cinematic product commercials and hyper motion commercials for e-commerce brands. Which style best fits a given project is determined by our team after reviewing your request — it is not selected by the client at the time of submission.

Submitting the Project Request Form is a request for a custom proposal, not a binding order. A project begins once we have agreed on scope, pricing and timeline directly with you.

Our monthly plans (Starter, Growth and Scale) are billed monthly as described on our Pricing section at the time of purchase. Plan details, inclusions and pricing are subject to change; the terms confirmed with you at checkout apply to your subscription.

Each plan includes a set number of revisions, as listed on our Pricing section. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra fees, to be agreed in advance.

Once a commissioned video is delivered and paid in full, you receive a full commercial license to use it across your store, advertising and social channels without extra fees. Unless you request otherwise in writing, ORVIX retains the right to display delivered work in its own portfolio and marketing.

You are responsible for providing accurate product information, usable media, and any brand guidelines needed for production, and for holding the rights to any assets you provide to us.

ORVIX provides production services on a best-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered content.

Either party may end an ongoing engagement in accordance with the terms agreed at the start of the project. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
