- Orvix Media specializes in creating content marketing materials, including eCommerce videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok clips, and Shopify videos. All services are delivered based on the specifications and information provided by the client.
3. Content Ownership and Usage
- Ownership of all video content remains with Orvixmedia until full payment is received. Upon receiving payment,
- Orvixmedia transfers ownership rights to the client, excluding third-party licensed materials.
- The client is prohibited from reselling or distributing Orvixmedia’s content without prior written consent.
4. Client Obligations
- Clients must provide clear, accurate, and complete project details at the time of order placement.
- Revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges
- he client is responsible for ensuring that the content complies with their brand guidelines and legal requirements.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order unless otherwise agreed.
- For custom projects or large orders, Orvix Media may require milestone-based payments.
- Orvix Media reserves the right to withhold delivery until payments are fully cleared.
6. Revisions and Modifications
- Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as per the chosen service plan.
- Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope of work may result in extra charges.
7. Cancellation and Termination
- Cancellations are permitted only within 24 hours of order placement.
- Orvix Media reserves the right to terminate a project at any stage if the client violates these terms or provides incomplete/false information.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Orvix Media makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from the use of its content.
- Content is delivered “as is” based on client specifications, and Orvix Media is not liable for misuse or improper application.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Orvix Media is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use of its services.
- Under no circumstances shall Orvixmedia’s liability exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
10. Indemnification
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold Orvixmedia harmless from claims, damages, or disputes arising from the misuse of content or violation of these terms.
11. Force Majeure
- Orvix Media is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of *India, with disputes resolved in the jurisdiction of **Lucknow courts*.
13. Amendments
- Orvix Media reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
